Professor Seng Rossamith is the 2019 recipient of the Tony Volpe Award

Seng Rossamith is the Dean of the Faculty of Odontostomatology at the University of Health Sciences, Cambodia.
            
He completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1993 in Phnom Penh and continued his studies in Japan, followed by his post-graduate qualification in Dental Public Health in Cambodia in 2005.
