Dr Kor Hok Sim

Kor Hok Sim, graduated DDS degree in Cambodia in 2010 and received her Master of Science in Dental Science from Seoul National University in 2013, and was trained in the department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Seoul National University Dental Hospital, Korea. She was elected in 2015 as the President of Cambodian Dental Association (CDA) and in February 2017 she officially became the President of CDA for the next 2 years. She is also the Vice-Dean of Faculty of Dentistry, International University (IU) since 2013. She is a lecturer, clinical tutor, and postgraduate course coordinator at the university and last year she was appointed to be the head of Faculty Dental Clinic and the head of Faculty community dental service. She is a member of Cambodian National Curriculum Review and a Former Cambodian Councilor of Asian Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon (AAOMS). She is also the founder and supervisor of Dynamic Dental Youth (DDY), a charitable group of young dynamic dental students and some volunteered dentists who provide free dental education and treatment to poor communities. In addition, she was invited to be the advisor for the Cambodian Dental Student Association and the Cambodian Dental Assistant Association.
