Senior Dental Leaders programmesOur flagship leadership programme develops the strategic leadership skills of the world's senior dental professionals.

Collectively the global dental community already has the clinical knowledge and skills to prevent dental disease. What it lacks, however, are leaders who can implement the strategies that will put the resources, knowledge and skills to work.

The SDL programme, which has now held seven annual conferences in London and the USA, is designed to create these leaders. During the 5 days of training, delegates develop their leadership skills and learn to use them effectively to advance oral health agendas and improve the dental health of children.

Our aim is to train and mentor 400 dental leaders over ten years.

Details of the tenth programme in London, March 2016, will be online shortly. If you are interested in attending please email your application to Noorie Beeharry at noorie@gcdfund.org

Over the years delegates have attended the SDL Programmes from a range of countries including: China, India, Malawi, Tanzania, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Mexico, South Africa, Brazil, Solomon Islands, Zambia, USA, UK.
