• Learn about ten fundamental leadership challenges that are critical to your growth as a dental professional
• Build a personal portfolio comprised of your reflections as you work through the training modules
• Send the portfolio to your academic tutor to be reviewed as part of your wider academic achievements.

Completing the programme is not a guarantee that you will become a pioneer in the dental field. However, the time and effort you commit will enhance your professional effectiveness and career prospects, as well as increase your level of personal fulfilment.
