India Questionnaire

PATIENT SAFETY ON-LINE SURVEY AMONG INDIAN DENTISTS

Patient safety is a fundamental principle of health care, in fact patient safety, medical error and adverse event reporting is becoming a major issue in health care systems across the world. This survey is done in collaboration with Global Child Dental Fund, King’s College London and HPGDC, Shimla, India.  This survey aims to gather vital information about what the dental community in India consider as important in terms of patient safety for their country. 

You can take part in this survey by completing the survey questionnaire below which will take about 5-10 minutes.
